Villa: both apartments

During the winter season, only the ground floor apartment or the entire house is rented out. During the winter we also rent out during weekends or midweek. Electricity is not included in the price, it will be charged separately. The final cleaning is included in weekly rentals (7 days). When booking, we ask for an advance of 30% of the total rent. In addition, we ask for a deposit of 350 euros. Under normal circumstances, this deposit will be refunded within one month of your stay.

  • You provide us with your data.

  • We check the requested rental period.

  • We will provide you with a rental contract.

  • After reading, you return the signed rental contract to us.

  • Once signed, we ask you to transfer us an advance of 30%. Your reservation is now final.
  • You transfer the rest of the amount due 1 month before departure.
  • We will provide you with all the necessary information one week before departure.

Both apartments: ground floor and floor rented together.

1 classic loft bed

3 mezzanine beds (beds at height)

4 single beds

2 cots (1 fixed and 1 folding bed)

2 kitchens

2 dining places

2 lounges

2 bathrooms (+ shower in one bedroom)

Rental:

Weekends: Friday night/Saturday night: 500,- euros/night.

Week: Sunday night to Thursday night: 200,- euros/night.

Weekly 1,100,- euros/week.

Final cleaning included in weekrentals (120 euro per stay).

Electricity settled according to consumption.

Rental of sheets possible (10,- euros p/p)
