Villa: both apartments
During the Easter holidays (Belgium) only the entire house is rented out. During this period we only rent from Saturday to Saturday. Electricity is not included in the price and will be charged according to consumption. Final cleaning is included in the price. When booking, we ask for an advance of 30% of the total rent. In addition, we ask for a deposit of 350 euros. Under normal circumstances, this deposit will be refunded within one month of your stay.
