Villa: both apartments

During the autumn season, both the entire house or the two apartments can be rented out separately. We also rent weekends only during the fall. Electricity is not included in the quoted price but is calculated according to your consumption. We monitor this via our digital meter. The final cleaning is included. When booking, we ask for an advance of 30% of the total rent. In addition, we ask for a deposit of 350 euros. This amount will normally be refunded within one month of your stay.

  • You provide us with your data.

  • We check the requested rental period.

  • We will provide you with a rental contract.

  • After reading, you return the signed rental contract to us.

  • Once signed, we ask you to transfer us an advance of 30%.
  • Your reservation is now final.
  • You transfer the rest of the amount due (including deposit) 1 month before departure.​
  • We will provide you with all the necessary information one week before departure.

Both apartments: ground floor and top floor apartment rented together.

Rental:

Weekends only: Friday night/Saturday night: 500,- euros/night.

Midweek only: Sunday night to Thursday night: 200,- euros/night.

Weekly1500,- euros/week.

Final cleaning included in weekrentals (120 euro per stay).

Electricity settled according to consumption.

Rental of sheets possible (10,- euros p/p)
