The apartment on the 1st floor can only be rented separately during the mid-season in autumn and spring. This apartment is smaller and maybe therefore even cozier than the apartment downstairs. But it does have everything you need to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The apartment has  a fully equipped open kitchen, large bathroom and 2 large rooms. Final cleaning is included in the price. Electricity is charged according to consumption. When booking, we ask for an advance of 30% of the total rent. In addition, we ask for a deposit of 150 euros. Under normal circumstances, this deposit will be refunded within one month of your stay.

  • You provide us with your data.

  • We check the requested rental period.

  • We will provide you with a rental contract.

  • After reading, you return the signed rental contract to us.

  • Once signed, we ask you to transfer us an advance of 30%.
  • Your reservation is now final.
  • You transfer the rest of the amount due 1 month before departure.
  • We will provide you with all the necessary information one week before departure.

Weekends only (Friday night/Saturday night) 500,- euros/night

Midweek only(Sunday night / Thursday night) 200,-/night

At least 2 nights (!)

650,- euros per week.

Final cleaning included in weekrentals (120 euro per stay).

Electricity settled according to consumption.

Rental of sheets possible (10,- euros p/p)
